MasterChef Kale and Tahini Dressing

I tried out for MasterChef with this stunning roasted carrots, purple cauliflower, and golden and red beets in olive oil an sea salt with fresh lemon squeezed on top. For 40 minutes in aluminum foil at 400 degrees. Blanched golden beet greens and Tuscan, purple, and curly kale. Tossed with tahini lemon honey dressing.
