The Farmer’s Daughter Beet Cocktail


3 Organic Golden Beets
1 Lime Quatered
50 ml Ocean Vodka
10 fresh mint leaves

1 cup ice
Wash and peel beets, cut greens off. Juice beets.
Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy mason jar glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add 2 more lime wedges And continue to muddle. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour Ocean Vodka over the ice, add beet juice. Stir and garnish with lime wedge and mint.
